Just have it so only 8, 12, 16, 24, 32, 48, 64 people can enter. Sign ups in advance only by PM'ing the mod who's hosting the event on the forums. If a few people don't show up there's a strong chance there will be a few people online to cover for them. Multiples of 12's easy enough to do with bye's/round robins, multiple's of 8 couldn't be any more straight forward for a mod to host, anything in between and it just becomes a huge head fk, it's the same with boxing events.

Hey Ardo,

There's a lot of people with all different schedules so It's kind of hard to make everyone happy. This one for Pink is set for Thursday because that's when the hosting Mod has off of work, but the last Event was on Friday and 16+ Flats showed up. You were one of them actually. We can make the next one for the weekend. Still 4 hats to go :]

Some people get off work at 5pm/6pm. Hard to get in in time for events. But I understand that time is optimal for multiple continents/locations

7pm eastern. Time to get home from work shower and be on. But then its not fair to everyone else who is further west in the united states. Weekend would be best for all imo

And also make it clear on the announcement ( which still shows in our Launchers and on the website homepage as the second announcement) - not everyone will see it but at least it's written clear as day then. Should include the list in Mod White's latest reply above me, just edit it as the names come in
