Slayer

Slayer is basically “get a task, go kill stuff, get paid”. You’ll be assigned specific monsters by a Slayer Master, and some of them need special gear/items to finish them off properly.

Pro tip: grab an Orb of Slaying so you can check your task and hunt down locations without guessing.

How to start

  • Talk to any Slayer Master and ask for a task.
  • Kill the assigned monsters until the task is complete.
  • Use Slayer Points to skip, block, or extend tasks (cost depends on the master).
  • If you want extra risk/reward, the Wild Slayer Masters give wilderness-focused tasks.

Slayer Staff charging

Charged Slayer staves are huge for grinding: once charged, they’ll auto-cast a bundle of spells for you (so you can chill and focus on positioning/food).

Slayer Monsters

This is the big one. If a monster says it needs something special, don’t ignore it — you can get them to low HP, but you’ll struggle to finish them off without the correct requirement.

Wilderness Slayer is faster money and better vibes… until it isn’t. If you’re taking wild tasks, bring only what you’re willing to lose, keep an eye on the minimap, and bank often. Don’t be the guy who brings their whole setup “just for one more kill”.
