Fixed bug where you would get attacked in plague boss room safezone.
Plague boss will not take any damage until all of minions are killed.
Plague boss HP level is now set to 350 instead of 250.
Fixed bug with trick or treating not working with some npcs.

EDIT:
You must kill the minion aggroing you before you can do damage.

Especially in P2P side of wildy. Me n Gamble literally walked through p2p side of wildy 200 times and we never saw anyone, even training. Boost that shit up.
