Hey!

After almost 700 days I got an email and decided to try out this server again, but some of my chars are banned for some reason.
Can you please fix this or tell me why is it so?

Those characters, along with several others linked to you, were banned for botting in July 2015.
We can not allow botted characters to be reintroduced into the community.
For this reason, they will not be unbanned.
