im back after a very very long break was wondering what is the best spot for training wildy and out of wildy for xp per hour. to get to flats also i would like to pick up items as well to make some money to afford pots and gear anyone

Few wild: Thugs, red spiders, graveyard, pirates, dark wizards, chaos druids, green dragons (good but more risk of pkers)
Few out of wild: jungle spiders, giants, lesser demons

Most don't farm them for their items..just that they are lower level and you don't really need food..more of AFK spots.

Most item farming for items is fire giants probably..they drop lots of good runes, easily get a few k per run either in waterfall (after quest) or legends.

Can also farm mobs that drop clue scrolls.  you do get a decent amount of money from them over time, + a chance at the trim items as seen in my signature.

There's fire Giants in wild 52 dungeon and a nice drag demon spot next to the Stairs for that dungeon.
