One of my characters: Wnafmyatt was banned in April 2016

My ban was never properly reviewed and at that times I had some life changes so I stopped playing rs. But now I am back and I hope you can look into this case.

The reason for the ban was that I let my "friend" use wnafmyatt to make money.  He used it for 5 hours and after that, he got bored and no longer wanted to play on my char. It turned out lated that instead of legit play the asshole started to bot his characters (to train his low level chars) and received IP ban. Wnafmyatt was banned because this assholes IP address was in the IP logs of wnafmyatt.  None of my other chars were or are banned because of this.

When my char was banned, I talked with Billy and in his opinion, I should have been unbanned. However, the ban remained and I tried to ask Pluto but he never responded me for the reasons.
