Most the 61s are hitting 20's. Weird combat formula

You can get a general idea of what stats someone has based on their equipment / hits

for example
if they ahve dragon sword/axe..you know at LEAST 60 att..if drag med + sword..thats at least 60-60..then str would be similar.

Heres a quick example of 60-40-80 (would need slightly lower str to hit lvl 61..but can hit 24 with it

Now you would have to loose a str or two to get 61..but you get the idea

or 60-60-60 ish
hitting almost 20s....so
