Make them rares from tt or whatever..would really like these in game.

Also!  Guthix book will give +2 range accuracy
Saradomin +2 mage accuracy
Zamorak will give like +3 melee accuracy

'Full books' will give prayer

+1 but make them very strong, only vs npcs and super expensive, rings are not strong enough to give them value.

Even let them unlock some new prayers, only vs npcs

They should release them with some basic stats like I posted above and some customized ones. [Also +1 rarity]

1st to max out on rscrevolution and 3rd.
Only player with 3 maxed accounts active on rscrevolution. 1 over a billion xp 1 over 600m and 1 over 300m.
Only player to max out more then once on rscrevolution.
