Level Brackets for K/D

Right now there is just 1 list with all levels on it which is kinda lame I want to know who is the best high level pker along with who is the best mid level pker and also who is the best low level pker. I was wondering about a new K/D list with certain level brackets.
For example::
Levels 3-33=Top 20 K/D Highscores
Levels 34-64=Top 20 K/D Highscores
Levels 65-95=Top 20 K/D Highscores
Levels 96-123= Top 20 K/D Highscores
All level Top 20 K/D Highscores

Please add suggestions if can think of any other lists to spice up the Highscors for pkers.
