Hi, as we discussed that character will remain banned unless there is some way you are able to pay back the player. Either you can be unbanned if you agree to set aside 2m a week for them until they are repaid, or you can repay in full and then be unbanned. When we account share we assume the risk for the character and unfortunately your character was used for stealing items, so that has to be paid back to the player to get the character back.
