Safe spot

Hey guys!

I’ve been looking into some higher PvM sush as fire giants, black demons etc.

Sadly I dont have the supplies (restore prayer potion, etc) nor the money to buy them.

So my question is; Are there any of the higher level NPC’s that are able to be safe spotted with ranged?

I know the fire giants is possible but it takes some effort.

Any other suggestions?

Legends guild has fire giants that are able to be ranged, as well as a safe spot behind cut webs for a black dragon and possible in range of a black demon. Getting in requires beating all quests, however.
