Paid 15$ via paypal didn't receive any tokens, I have the confirmation email from paypal if it's necessary.

Resolved. Quick note for others who may have the same problem which is: if you donate to RSCRevolution via PayPal using an e-check, that can take a week to clear. The other methods are usually instant.
