remove"add friend" option in wilderness

remove the right click name options in wilderness. get in the way of casting (right click) if chat is going fast. pretty annoying .

Some people know more then you, and i'm one of them.

+1 all those options should be removed in wildy, I think if they are your friend it'll say "message" instead.
