Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, if it has then disregard lol.

I think a handy addition to the skills menu would be a tab for the skill cape relating to that skill with basic info. Where to get it what it does etc.

For example, click on Attack, below the weapons tab there could be a skill cape tab giving a little info on it? Just an idea!
