I made a new lvl 3 boxer after Nut Gobbler became washed up and it was banned out of nowhere, not even a message to explain. Anyone shed some light?

1.  Nut Gobbler is not banned, never was.
2.  You made that character specifically for the purpose of trolling the team swordz by impersonating a member who has changed their name.

Hanz is my friend and I did not impersonate nor attempt to impersonate. I wanted to make a lvl 3 boxer in his likeness to bring the name to glory

"Nut Gobbler" is not banned, if you have forgotten the password you can recover the account. If you have a customer service issue please open a ticket using the wrench menu in-game.

The character "Hanz" will stay banned for the player known as Hanz, if they say it's okay for you to have the name then it will be unbanned.
