right click ring: "toggle stackables"
provides a list of stackables you're able to pickup automatically. Toggle off the items you dont want to pick up. When I farm fire giants, i hate when it picks up chaos runes and cosmic runes because I'll never use them on my ironman. Maybe have list of possible drops from each npc where you select the npc then items you want picked up with priorities (even non stackables). If the list that pops up is in order of value (d med would be on top most times) it'll be easier to decide which items to pickup.
