Movable backpack, stats, ect tabs

The tabs along the top right, the cast magic button, ect being able to moved and custom to each player, and then lockable once you have them where ya want em.
               Thoughts? Seemed kinda neat upon first thought

I kind a like this, id rather have the backpack slot closer to where my mouse hangs tongue
But then again people would complain how the slots you open get opened and end up outside the game so you can't click or see them well.
