Conclution

This change to the lottery will give players a 60 second anxiety attack, the prize pot is HIDDEN!
"Who is going to win!?"
"How much is it going to be!!?"
"I hope it is me!!!"

Additionally, this will prevent players from tilting the lottery or allow them to predict how many tickets they need to buy winin the last seconds, they will also be experiencing anxiety attacks.

How does that sound people?

Another idea..only allow ::buyticket to be typed once per second, to prevent auto-typers

Once per second isn't really a long time, should be 3+ seconds delay on it then. That would also diminish the lottery pot quite a lot when it is no limit lottery. Also on PC you can just press Page up and it will put the old message(s) to your chat which you have typed, no need for auto-typer.

it's using page up button to repeat what you type... not an auto typer.  Anyone on a pc can do it

Let's not accuse lotto winners of using autos.  That is going a bit too far.

its a gamble.. its up to you to play , if you wanna use simple math why not? might as well play poker and not look at the flop while people bet

But there is no need for auto typer and it would be a cheat so it also would break the rules.
