bought sub but card never made it to my inventory

it didnt tell me i had to be logged out until after I purchased the sub card.  I immediately logged out, but no sub card has been added to either of my chars.

Please help.  I like this game and I don't want to quit because the game took my money and didn't give me what it promised.

Don't worry man the mods and admins here are really close knit with the community, they won't leave you hanging. They can easily check inventory/bank logs and make sure you get the sub you paid for.
