Some things in rsc aren't explained as well as they should be. Like does prayer make your current hit do more or does it just enable you to hit higher than your max.

There is not a single thing which gives gives u hit more than current, as you might miss, your attack fails penetrate defence and/or armour. Same as wepon, prayer, pot, amulet and so on, give you higher max hit. But you still can hit 0 or 1 and so on.

Hey,
yes, prayer accompanies combat by increasing Attack, Defense, and Strength temporarily!

Low boost:
Prayer level 10: Rock Skin (Increases your defense by 10%)
Prayer level 13: Superhuman Strenght (Increases your strength by 10%)
Prayer level 16: Improved Reflexes (Increases your attack by 10%)

High boost:
Prayer level 28: Steel Skin (Increases your defense by 15%)
Prayer level 31: Ultimate Strength (Increases your strength by 15%)
Prayer level 34: Incredible Reflexes (Increases your attack by 15%)
...only this boost and not more!
Highter level just add more prayer points.

To train prayer, you must bury bones. Simply pick up the bones dropped by a monster and click on the bones in your inventory to bury them.
