I don't know, I have like 24 or something in wc batching.
Plus it has not been 12 ALWAYS, at lvl 20 you get 2 batching, I think 5 if you're subbed. So it grows while you level up.

It depends on what axe u use and if u subbed or not . If u use bronze axe it will scale up 1 batch every 10 lvls (dont rly know about iron or mith ) . But theres no point on using this axes only if u rly new. U can use any axe u want at lvl 1 wc , rune axes are rly cheap . U cant wield em since they have attack req , rune axe is 40 attack to wield (whic is super ez to get tbh) But u can still have them in ur inventory and wc . If i remeber right rune axe is 12 batch no matter what lvl u are if u unsubbed , if u subbed 21 (i belive , too lazy to go check) . Also 21 batch is max , so dont buy the wc cape if u plan to use it for skilling , heres the wc cape perk '' Woodcut cape increases batching by 2 for woodcut stat " it only gives 2 more batches if u unsubbed .
