Bought tokens it shows I have them but when I try to buy the one for 2200 the main one it says I don't have enough I am lost at what to do

Tokens can take up to an hour, not sure why.
Just wait and they come.

you have to put the right amount in for each sub you want. if you want a gold sub or a platinum sub, you have to put a 1. not the price of the sub 2200 etc.

the character that got the subs can give them to your deadman. right click the sub, select "use" then use on your deadman
