I was in a moment ago, but was skilling while standing still and force logged. Trying to get back in now but it's stuck on "please wait... connecting to server".

Has this been an issue so far this weekend? or is it just because the server is stressed with so many people online?

I cant get in either. I type in my name and password and it hangs at " press back key for keyboard"   Then it takes 5 mins to go from that to saying im already logged in which is bullshit because I've been watching football for the past hour while my phone charges. Im thinking its server bogged down due to so many on. Or could be too damn many people in edge at once
