game not working after Halloween update, pls help

after Halloween update, rs client keeps asking to reload, when trying to log in. i tried uninstalling and then. reinstalling but same result. any suggestions be appreciated smile oh this is on android but others may be using pc etc

Same buddy can't log in too and remember downloading it needs fixing ppl losing exp

This may have happened just because we were updating the game. If it persists be sure to uninstall completely the app and all its data, then reinstall the app.
