How long do platinum sub's last?

Gold is 30 days, so how long is platinum?
It says nothing about the duration on the sub page, is it permanent??

Hi, a platinum sub also lasts 30 days. In the section on "Platinum + Regular", regular means gold. Let us know if you have any additional questions about the tokens, website, or game!

One more question,  is the xp bonus for plat and gold skilling the same? (Like mining, not combat).
  I know they stack, I'm just trying to figure out which one to purchase first to get me to 99 mining first..
If they are equivalent in skilling xp bonuses, then it'd be smarter for me to purchase gold first since its cheaper?  Then later I can stack a platinum onto it..

If you are going to only redeem one subscription, we recommend you redeem the Gold Sub since it is half the cost of a platinum sub. Otherwise, we recommend combing Gold and Platinum for 30 days of the highest xp rates available. The breakdown for combat stats, prayer/magic/ranged, and skills compared to RSC rates are:

Unsubbed:
8x combat, 3x ranged/prayer/magic, 2x skills

Gold Sub:
9x, 4x, 3x

Plat Sub:
10x, 4x, 3x

Gold + Plat:
11x, 6x, 4x

they also forget to mention to use a platinum you must buy a gold first, They need to be clearer on this i think.

Not so, using a platinum subscription on its own yields lightly better bonuses than if you only used a gold sub. But the plat sub's primary use is for its ability to stack over the gold sub for maximum bonuses.
