I click on the app.  I'm told to update to play. I click update then it says installing. Only to end up telling me that the app is not installed....  please help.  I'm on a tab 4

Are you using App Cloner to play 2 accounts? If so, you have to Update the Regular RSCRevolution Application, uninstall the cloned version. Then reclone the new updated version.
