Clue Scroll not working??

I have an anagram clue which says "Me if".

The only person I can think of is Femi but every time I try and interact it says " Femi is busy" and using the scroll doesn't work either.

What am I doing wrong?

Turns out I had to start Grand Tree Quest! XD
