random logouts followed by char already logged in message

hey!
not been on much due to shitty adult life taking priority, on PC i get randomly logged (at the same time if on 2 chars) and then can't log back in as it says i'm already logged.
internet connection is 100%
apologies if this has already been brought up.. had a quick look down the page but couldn't see anything

nah nothing specific, was ranging on one char and standing in edge on the other.
the reason i don't think it's internet related is because i've had the same thing happen on 3 different connections 
i'm in my campervan at the moment hot spotting internet to the laptop and i have strong 4G data

still happening, happened when getting an item back from AH and again when talking to an NPC. not been logged in for 20 days it's stopping me getting back into RSCR
