is beenup for awhile, this may have been suggested already.

I wouldn't mind having a cast reduction for spells such as high alchemy, superheat and enchantments.

The attacking spells seem fine to me

+1, Been said numerous times, no delay on non PvP spells, keep same for PvP ones.
