Stuck at 'welcome to rscrevolution' menu

I had logged into my main account earlier and closed out of the app before clicking to continue playing at the welcome to rscrevolution prompt when you first log in & now every time I log in I'm stuck there. I'm at the bank in zanaris & the elves are in different positions every time I log in yet they are frozen as is everything else on the screen. Any help out of this situation would be greatly appreciated, thanks a bunch!

The issue is too many collection lines in the collection window, make sure to collect often if you are putting a ton of different types of things on market until we fix this.
