Make event channel that only shows event info seperate than world chat

Self explanatory.  RSC only shows 4 lines of text.  some of these automated events take up the entire chat (all 4 lines...),  Some people enjoy the automated events, but others don't like it disrupting their global/wildy chat and the global PK announcer also...

Maybe announce event in global once, then the rest of the announcements go into Dialogue or just something not in main global.


Thoughts?
