My suggestion is to have a " employéer/mod off the month, running for the mods EVERY month"  And reward them with 5m from admins, To the mods WHO gets most votes.. If you dont want this gp in the game billy & n0m. you could do otherwise. maby set up a  "donation chest" that ppl only can Deposit in, and what ever is donated to that chest, gets traded to the winning mod the last day of the month. And then they can do what ever they want, with there winings. Its a WIN/WIN for me, because if i know, most of the mods right, they will use the wining Money on more events. etc.

AND OFC my bank will be spared abit more.. RIGHT elliot??


WHY ?

Because if we do this. it will motivate mods to do, an even better job, wich Means, they going to provide more help, more events. = MORE players. and Hopefully be more active on the mod account. NOT to mention any names, but there is a few WHO is not that active.


Beside that u Guys, " n0m & billy " it would be cool to have a "permenant" Event donation chest ONLY for mods to withdraw from, but every1 else can deposit. so they allways have something to donate for events. 

In that case, make it scripted so Theres only accepted rune,cash. fish what ever. so the chest dont get flooded with troller items.

I literally can't think of any negatives about the chest. The positive response from community in regards to JMods precense in-game and the regular events has been awesome, the server has missed the vibe of constant events, I've done tons of events already and can't wait to do more but I only have so much stuff of my own to give.

I dunno about paying the mods, it's not a competition by any means - all the mods are good at different things and I think this is one of the most diverse staff teams Rev has ever had tbh, regardless of the fact I'm sure anyone who ''won'' would donate the items back to more events, I think the ''chest'' idea is a much better option, so us mods can always throw events.

Ideas:

Option to chose whether you are anonymously donating or if you'd like a ''Shoutout''
Option to chose type of event your donating for? Eg: PK Event, Survival, Lvl 3 Race, etc etc
Compromise: A tax on stackable items, as a sink for the server. Eg: 1,000,000 coins was deposited by Mod Birch :: (75,000) was removed from server.

Yep paying the mods for doing what they volunteered to is not nessecary. However. A bit of recognition is always good. Everyone likes to be told "hey man, your doing a great job."

On the chest idea. I love where your going with that birch.

Maybe even 100k for 1mil. A 10% tax of anything put in. And just make multiple bank pages for where items go to. And allow the players to view what all is in there.

First page pk event items. Second page survival items . third for races.

Btw. On a totally unrelated note. I have a twist to the lvl 3 survival matches.

Add a master fisher that fills your inventory with tuna and 1 cure poison pot. Spawn 1 poisonous scorpion for every 5 players in event. 9 players 1 scorp. 10 players 2 scorps. Whoever lives longest wins. Poisonous scorps can still 3 hit 10hp and if u get hit by poison even better chance. And. Theres always the chance u manage to get away from that one! The dragon things gotten kinda stale

1st to max out on rscrevolution and 3rd.
Only player with 3 maxed accounts active on rscrevolution. 1 over a billion xp 1 over 600m and 1 over 300m.
Only player to max out more then once on rscrevolution.

being a mod is a shitty job, but without them doing what they do. all your hard work would mean nothing because botters would be doing it in half the time. why shouldnt they be rewarded for keeping game free of cheaters. It extremely time consuming, and honestly stressful.

dont sign up for the job if you cant handle it and dont sign up and ATTEMPT to change things for your own good after. you moderator for the community not for personal gain look not one of you have a shit eating chance againts me in this topic because i will destroy you in it period.<------cheers

As a longtime mod myself I don't get pleasure from ingame pixels so much as I enjoy the enthusiasm and support of the community. The best way to repay your moderator staff is to let them know how much you appreciate them, maybe taking 5 seconds to write them a PM or a feedback thread to say they're doing a good job :]

The idea I'd like, is to have a chest where regular players can donate to mods so they can plan and do events. For the rest, mods shouldn't be rewarded for what they're supposed to do.. that would only entice people to become mod for the wrong reasons in the future, unluckily.
