You could do a Mage tank 33 but it would be only useful for p2p.

You could do 30 attack and go for higher ranged.

i would probably invest for 4 prayer, to get 5% increase on your str. you gonna drop one HP/STR level but you're gonna also hit 1 higher. your combat level on that one is probably 33.75 so if you drop 1 HP/STR and get 3 prayer levels instead, you will be 33.875.

do what you want tho, there's no right and wrong.

Other builds are:
40-1-50 with 43 hp, no wined attack. Not really worth using as you only hit 15s - the 2hp isn't worth the loss in max hit. Max hit is 15, 10s with ranged.

30-1-57, a good introductory build and you will get some kills but expect to have a negative kill death ratio as you will lose 80 percent of fights to r2h . Max hit is 14, 9s with ranged.

40-1-51 with 62 ranged. Sacrifice 1 strength for 1 range on the wined build meaning more likely to hit 10s with ranged but you won't hit many 16s once your pot starts to wear off. Max hit 16s, 10s with ranged

Beyond these builds you're talking black b axe magic hybrids and m2h with 40 prayer but I haven't experimented with them so can't really comment on them apart from this: both builds have low max hits and will get 3 hit often by r2h wined pures. M2h with prayer possibly the better of the 2 as you can't get ranged in team fights.
