Hey guys I havent really played rs since rs2 was launching lol, but i noticed i can pick this up on my android so ill give it a go.

I know the populations arent like retail servers once were but im hoping there is an active pk scene other then at flat level?

Welcome ! There are other pking levels too. I have a level 59 pker atm. A lot of people also border pk at level 33.
