Fixed re-downloading every launch
Fixed updater crash for Android 7

Fixed my post session cache issue on 7.0. Although i have a crazy bug where if sound effects are on my character will log out as soon as my character would make a sound i.e batching skills, attacking #ninjabug

OH, that makes sense. Player reported that he gets randomly dced with android 7, and I couldn't replicate the issue but looks like I just had my sound off.
