Clan system/Hotspot

Clan size/buffs
-6 man party should be enabled due to the fact that 1 ip rule is now in place.
-Clan leader can set a target while in wild. -Right click under follow-Target.
This will put a Green skull above the head of the selected target as well as on minimap a Green skull. Clan leader will have to set a new target after first target is dead.
-If Clan leader dies the target is erased and 2nd in command is now setting targets. If clan leader and 2nd in command die unable to set new target.

Hotspot red skull
Hands down level 3's walk onto hotspot take it over and as soon as someone walk near the level 3 they run away right away being unable to be attacked by the higher level.
-Red skull should last 5 mins after leaving hotspot
-To contest hotspot you should have minimum inventory worth 70k--No more level 3s non-skulling.

Really like the green skull idea and the targets

Especially agree on the red skull, that thing really pisses me off that you can take over hotspot no skull then just walk away with no skull, Beavis had cas hotspot yesterday, I chased him south and attacked him in 10, caught till 3 where I couldn't attack anymore, by that time he was no skull anyway... And could have called his team to come gank me or w.e. Should 100% stay skulled after leaving hotspot even if you weren't skulled when you took it
