Android Phone: Bank issues

Device: Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime
Android version: 5.1.1

I can't exit the bank on my phone.
I've tried clicking everywhere on the outer edge, and multiple times on the Close Window button and everywhere else basically, but the back simply won't close.

Idk if it's because my phone is too small (It's really not all that small) or because of some bug in the android version.
Does anyone else have this problem ?

That sounds frustrating. I would like Escape button and some command to close any in-game windows as a failsafe for that kind of thing. Until then, restarting the client is probably the most reliable way to deal with this, since ::logout will probably bring the bank window back up when you relog (try that first to see).

I have the galaxy core prime. I have to rotate my screen and click close for it to close.... always have with this phone. My other one didn't do that....

Some kind of volume button combo to close a screen would be great,  such a hassle to restart the client every time I bank
