tokens not received

purchased 100$ worth of tokens and haven't received them! i was made aware by a gentleman ingame named "Billy" that it may take up to an hour to recieve them but usually you should receive them instantly. just wanted to make the staff aware just incase it is a glitch because thats kinda lot of money. thanks for any help. r/n is 3008-4911-8061-1334
