get costume from auctioneer, then use costume on any npc to take its form

kill "spooky" npc's: spiders, skeletons, zombies, ghosts, shit like that. good luck. one guy I was just talking with had waited a couple days for a drop, then got 2 drops within 5 minutes. lol.

You type ::1 to use global chat.

You walk up to any NPC and click "use" your costume on said NPC it will display a message about u studying it closely.. and your done.

Yes I got a cape from lvl 25 ghosts in lvl 22 wild west.  Apparently spooky NPCs in wild have higher chance.  So graveyard is probably another good spot.

Iorn here 3 capes 2 hoods so far, best approach is using mage and being cautious.
