I'm close to finishing the hero quest but the gang members won't give me the quest to get the arm band.  I've already completed shield of araav

We believe it is because you are using a very old character to complete the quest, so your gang affiliation has been bugged. When you are next online we will reset your Arrav quest and speed you through re-completing it.
