can't login loading in java...

have not been on in 2 days cannot login says " please wait- fetching new files..

verifying file: rscrevolution library - 100%           i cannot open the game because the red button says "please wait" any advice why i cant load it even loading with java

Are you on PC or Mac?

PC instructions:
To empty your RSCR cache, go to C:\Users\Your Name and delete the entire .rscrevolution folder. Then try reopening the launcher.

Mac instructions:
Navigate to ~/.rscrevolution (can use Command+Shift+G) and delete the entire folder. Then try reopening the launcher.
