Use potions on sink / fountain to empty

Collecting vials for herblaw is a pain in the ass. It'd be so much better if we could use our already-made shitty pots (ie. fishing potions) on a sink or water fountain and empty their contents and re-fill them with water for reuse. What do you guys think?
