There are plenty of solutions. Those threads in there telling us not to post just make you guys look incapable.

With all of that money perhaps you guys should allot some for someone to configure the Banned Sub-Forum so the banned user can create a thread that only a certain usergroup can see or reply (you guys).

That or simply enable it so only a certain user group can respond to them. This is basic stuff that is being overlooked completely.

You guys enforce the concept of --  'we' do not allow any type of outside communication on ban threads.

So, with that being said, take care of them within your own usergroup and that's that. No need for useless forum bans.

It's a terrible rule because it shouldn't be like that in the first place.

I am guilty of posting on them because they show up on recent threads, I dont see it as a huge problem though would prefer the coders to spend their time on the actual game

Everyone should be able to create a post there. Then only certain subgroups can reply to threads in that sub forum (basically as you said)

Appeals are public so there's no misinformation spread about the reason for the ban or false stories about a player that would hurt (or conversely, save) their reputation.

This is a good suggestion except for in some appeals, there is a desire to have the banned person reply to a question or provide some additional explanation.

You must not have read my post. This was a suggestion I originally provided.

Also, forum software allows for people to see things but not interact with them. Configure it like such... It doesn't come down to 'I would rather them work on the game'; this is something that would literally take 15 minutes of some R&D (for someone with little experience) to do.

Really surprised they'd rather keep some unprofessional stickied thread in there telling people not to post.

Well, at the current time this isn't doable so the sticky will do for now. The developers mainly focus on in-game content, not forum content. You may be surprised that we have a sticky to enforce the rules, I am surprised you are complaining about this.

It's all about the little systematic approaches to things. Keeping things fluid, and self-reliant. (Right now you guys actually have to moderate that forum too)

Lets just agree to disagree. I can understand if you take it personally but it isn't meant as such.

The little things matter. After-all, this is a suggestions forum no? It qualifies a forum 'QOL' improvement in any 'book'. It's weird... all of a sudden it's like walking around on egg shells when in here. What's that all about? I'm not a typical slanderer -- you guys already have a near perfect set-up here community/site wise and it's time to look at what little things can be done. I'm always one to suggest different methods to tackle something before anything.

This is a revenue generating business, it should be streamlined everywhere it can be done safely without excuse... But hey, to each their own!

I did and supported you, dont bash me and not read da fuq?¿

Seem so simple to implement, may require hours of coding though who knows.

I wasn't even referring/speaking to you man, relax....

It is simple to implement. It's just some usergroup/custom forum rule set-up and might require the use of a plugin. No need for code.
