Also, it'd be nice if a hoodie feature was added to the capes, to replicate rs2's capes, rsc style (might look really good). Thoughts?

Wish the admins would seriously look into this...I feel like the capes should be stretched and the bottom should be close to touching the floor as well.

The only reason "basically" ppl play RS nowadays is because of these capes and what all else you get to show off after reaching 99.
Skill capes. lvl 99 - 13m exp
Master Skill capes. lvl 120 - 104m exp

A skill cape for 200m exp will also come one day. The Freak skill Cape.
How about the max EXP cape, 5.2B EXP. the Monster skill cape.

Aslong the particles look cool, people will go for it.

Skill Capes have been thrown around a lot recently, and I can (hopefully) safely say that if everything goes as planned I may design them in the future. Custom designs for RSCR. At this current moment, I'm working on the design of some other things that will probably keep players busy for a while, and Fate is working even harder to ensure that update will go live quickly and smoothly.

Good to hear Kayess. Please look into my suggestion on the clan system as well as I'm sure it will definitely help with pking (bonus points for the skill capes, making them tradeable and droppable, etc).

EDIT: Looks like my "approved" suggestion thread was deleted, somehow. I can always pull it back up from moparscape if necessary.
