Two questions:
1) What version of Mac OS? (you can check in Apple Menu->About This Mac)
2) Have you run the client on this OS previously, successfully?

Ok first thing to try: Close all RSCR clients and open Finder. Type Command+shift+G and enter: 

~/.rscrevolution

Delete that entire folder, then re-launch the client and let me know what happens.
