died due to a glitch and admins are ignoring me

I died because of a glitch and Fate n0m and Pluto have all been on (pluto admitted to reading my PM) and none of them have given me any support. I am an ultimate iron man and lost like 20+ hours of work because of this. Why is this, this server only has 100+ players on at a time, I can't imagine they are that backed up.
