Maybe Mod set a Poll and have Players decide what LEVEL border pkers whole community wants to make the most lets get it started.

3.43+5mages
338+5mages
4.28+5mages

I think 33 is good for rscr. It will slowly rise up because ppl will make a 34 for that extra oomph.  Addy 2h pking is easy and new players with no money can still afford to pk.
