Makes more sense to have
::1 global sensored appropriate for all ages and moderated
::2 unsensored unmoderated say whatever you like to who you like
::3 game questions/help/buying and selling

Unless you want to switch order of 2 and 3 but I am totally for having a moderated and unmoderated room in order to satisfy a larger group of players. Above would also free up regular global from buying/selling
