Thank you, posts like these brighten us up, honestly.
We have basically recieved so much negativity in our latest update (the client and new server) this week and we have, me and n0m, been working at least 10-12 hours a day to solve the bugs people report. Not just that we have actually been in-game and try to reproduce the bugs that people have reported because 90% of the time we cannot re-produce the bug, it's very odd, an example was that Freezing login issue, for me and n0m and half the staff team we logged in, in less than 40ms, but other people did not and no errors where thrown.
It turned out to be a silly thing, but it still took us a few hours to realize what it was, it was the hostname lookup in the login window that took different time to load faster or slower for different DNS.
I'd like to say that please stay patient, i'm sure me and n0m will make RSCR be top notch in the end, it may take some time but we work full around the clock each day to handle each issue by issue. Now at this point we almost have cleared all the bugs people have report and personally I cannot find anything that is a huge issue that stop you from playing the game right now.
Android users: Both me and n0m are going to spend countless of hours to improve the android version, we will make the performance on phones incredible, please stay with us.
