Woodcutting trees and firemaking in wilderness does not give bonus

Went into wildy and skulled to get the 1.0x wildy and .5x skulled bonus, got the same xp as in non-wildy.  Is this intended?

That is only for combat skills.

Okay thanks.  I'd suggest someone move the "Additional:" line either within or below the "Combat:" line on the home page under XP rates, because it very much looks like the "Additional:" applies to all rates.
